Château Lou Casteou & LaPont launch 11-Day Riviera French Immersion Retreat
Château Lou Casteou partners with internationally renowned LaPont French Immersion tours to host a 11-day French Immersion Retreat – the very first of its kind on the Côte d’Azur.
From May 2026 guests will be able to commence their French language journey or perfect their French, whilst staying in a luxury château with breathtaking views across the picturesque Estérel mountains and the Bay of St Tropez.
The stunning château retreat will offer Interactive French workshops, together with curated a la carte activities: vineyards tours and wine tasting, chef-led visits to local food markets, drinks parties, scenic coastal walks, cultural tours, French culinary workshops, cocktail receptions and black-tie gala dinners.
LaPont has hosted French immersion residential retreats since 2006 and was awarded “Best French Immersion tours in France” by The Good Life France Magazine.
The all-inclusive French immersion and cultural language program, promises an authentic immersive experience, while embracing the relaxed “Riviera Way of Life”. Guests can engage in tailored small-group French lessons at the Château, complemented by informal conversational practice with teachers and hosts, who will be present throughout the entire journey.

French Classes are held at the Château with only 3-4 students per class and divided according to the levels.

The Château is exclusively reserved for our small group, offering a selection of spacious and elegantly designed private ensuite bedrooms and some Junior Suites.
